GREEN = Good / Excellent
RED = Unusable/ Unworkable

Light Green / “Blueish” = Mediocre to Fair
Yellow = Poor, low access, inconsistent policy, etc

Most of the country is considered “not ready” for a variety of different reasons
Red is considered a place you really can’t own an EV

The trouble with the graph is the graduations are quite large and the reasons a state may have a particular color could be one major issue or a variety of small ones.

However RED states will suck in at least one giant way usually couple with false rhetoric and bad policy that is pretty obvious

Not much dark green in the country
