So a full body of revolution can get away with a profile that is much more compact, and off template than a half body ? -
I just learned something I should have realized 10 years ago on this site.
So in the case of the Aptera, if you extended the rear out the way you see in the sketch, would you reduce drag even more ?
It seems like a no brainer if so - more room AND lower drag.
Also, just wondering if you plan on buying one of these used in the future Oil Pan ?
You and Redpoint are the main reasons I gave up on Aptera this time around.
I like that you both are playing devil's advocate, but I wish I had also been looking at the good things Aptera is doing this time around.
