I have replaced the batteries in these things 3 or 4 times as they keep failing. Finally I decide on new 12.8V 8Ah batteries from Amazon ($50 each) same size as SLA batties. Now for issue. On the E200 I buy-passed the breaker as it stopped resetting. Should Not have been a big deal. I unstalled the batteries and plugged it in. the Charger plug is showing "green" for fully charged. I my son ride it up and down the street a few trime as he is 116 pounds I figured that should have pulled the charge down unough to charge. It still shows green... What controls if the charger can and will charge?

I cant post a link to the batteries so go to Amazon and search 12v 8Ah Lithium battery.
