A horizontal-single, eventually retaining the air-cooling, would be cool. Sorry about that. I wasn't referring to your Honda Cub engine not needing to be "oversized." I was referring to engines in general that wouldn't need to be "oversized" for the average power needs of a vehicle if it had a robust enough hybrid system.
