Rivian is releasing in a couple weeks. I'm sorry, but Ford is moving at a turtle's pace.

One thing I love about the Lightning, though, is the ability to power your house. Would have been nice in TX last winter.
Ford has experience selling vehicles. Isn't Rivian a new company? So far Tesla has made it work out as a new company, and they may still be aflote only because of their investors. Is there anyone else who's started up a car company receintly and has prooven they won't sink in the forseeable future?

I certainly hope it works out for Rivian and all the other startups. But we have to wait to see who actually will be able to stay aflote and who won't.
