Life is quite unpredictable anyway. On a sidenote, nowadays I'd be mroe willing to buy some utility vehicle with a body-on-frame layout which is supposed to be easier to implement some upgrades. Might seem crazy, but then I remember a short-wheelbase J40 Land Cruiser has a smaller footprint than some modern subcompacts
