Yup there is aviation plywood. Specs are different than marine, namely glues and assembly, no knots allowed, limited species selection........ pricey as all get out, I only know of one manufacturer, everyone went marine because it was more common and half the price and about ten times the orange box price for the junk they now sell. If you have a vintage tube and rag airplane, it's your only allowed choice for repair.
