But why buy existing when the state of the art has moved on since the 70s and 80s. Modular construction is obvious. Fuller's 1960 public domain Hexa-Pent dome design is less so. Framing cost are up 400%. A dome requires 70% the materials for framing. There will be no math.
Insofar as smart house/microgrid/IOT living is concerned, I currently favor the $314 reTerminal for a Central Processor.
