Not only did I dislocate my shoulder, but got some road rash while in the middle of nowhere. I rode another 8 hours and developed a short-lived fever that night. The next day I couldn't move my arm.
That worked out ok since my friend had exploded an alpaca which broke his motorcycle. I sat out while he rode mine.
