* We're routinely bombarded by cosmic particles and they may have played a crucial role in biochemistry and the beginning of life.
* Heck, Earth's hit by thousands of fast radio bursts every day and nobody knows a thing about them. Maybe they 'boom-boxed' our RNA and DNA into existence!
* There's no correlation yet, to ascertain any Heliospheric / cloud condensation nuclei / cloud cover / albedo / solar insolation mechanism.

* www.sydney.edu.au: Strange radio waves emerge from direction of the galactic centre

Astronomers have discovered unusual signals coming from the direction of the Milky Way’s centre. The radio waves fit no currently understood pattern of variable radio source and could suggest a new class of stellar object.
“The strangest property of this new signal is that it is has a very high polarisation. This means its light oscillates in only one direction, but that direction rotates with time,” said Ziteng Wang, lead author of the new study and a PhD student in the School of Physics at the University of Sydney.
“The brightness of the object also varies dramatically, by a factor of 100, and the signal switches on and off apparently at random. We’ve never seen anything like it.”

Abstract Virtual Poster
We compare data from a pair of CubeSats in low-Earth orbit (450 km altitude) to data from large spacecraft in high Earth orbits to better understand how radiation from Earth's magnetosphere impacts the ionosphere and atmosphere. We put new results from the ELFIN CubeSats and NASA's Magnetospheric Multiscale mission into context with previous observations of auroral energy inputs and show that during magnetospheric active conditions, radiation can penetrate much deeper into the ionosphere (D-region) and atmosphere (stratosphere) and levels exceeding that from auroral inputs at higher altitudes (E-region and thermosphere).
