Not intending to argue against your points, but you have portrayed every employer as being unreasonable in various ways and seemingly annoyed by you. Is there any reason why an employer might find difficulty in having you as an employee? Even if you're right in every case, there is a tactful way to demonstrate one's correctness that preserves the hierarchy of the employer/employee relationship.
