It occurs to me, I don't know if you have a single rectangular array or the panels are scattered across multiple pitches.
To mount a Maslow-type system would require mounts at the two top corners. The cable controllers could be on the cleaning head, it needs the weight anyway. And it could be a three bladed spinning rotor like Luigi Colani's truck windshield wipers.
A commercial service is a whole 'nuther matter. Maybe hang the cleaning head from a big hexacopter drone?
