Everyone should know how to EOC their car.
It should be part the driving test.
A few times a year every ear I hear or see a story of "the car stalled, went out of control and crashed". No the car didn't go out of control, thr person didn't know how to control the vehicle with out power assistance the car will still stop answer steer it just takes a lot more force to do it with manual power.
