The half hard doors are progressing to where Arcimoto is going back to determine how many sizes they need to deal with. There were changes in the production (about 3 different sizes/settings). The doors that I played with were very nice, better than my used/borrowed soft door set. Not sure how easy/feasible uppers will be to make by hand as the hard half doors do not follow the middle vertical tube between the driver and passenger, the front door hangs past the tube. The new factory is pretty big. They still have a lot of old stuff to remove. About half of the really big building will be done and 2 of the smaller buildings. It looked like duct work/vents were removed. Cement floors were sanded and sealed. Walls were washed and painted white/light grey. It is a big job to set it up. I drove through them on the rally/tour. I have video on a publicly accessed FB group. Really looking forward to them doing their own ABS vacuum forming, saw the equipment new and still on pallets. Currently you can't buy parts. Not sure what I'm going to do in 18 months when my warranty goes out and the on board chargers (OBC) are not available to purchase. I can't seem to find them for individual sale, either. The OBC seem to have a very high failure rate but are very specific to the FUV because of fit, attachment points, and current design that cools through a big heat sink that is water cooled. OBC hangs on the back side of the cooling plate while 2 inverters are attached to the front of the cooling plate.
