Unintended consequences?
It appears the bio CO2 is being pumped underground just for feelgoodism, not to actually do anything like drive oil out of an oil well. So economically it's a dead end. As soon as tax payers stop paying for it, it's finished. Where Colorado and new mexico natural gas well CO2 being sold to Texas oil wells will continue.
