Here are some numbers published in their article:
* 118,264 EV charging ports.
* Maximum range, 520-miles.
* 13- million passenger and commercial EVs on the road.
* 3.1-million sold in 2020.
* 14-million / year expected by 2025.
* Battery price has decreased by 97% since 1991, $7,523/kWh, to $ 182/kWh, and expected to fall.
* EVs are expected to outnumber hybrids by more than 5-to-1 by 2040.
* Global sales of EVs could rise by 70% by 2040.
* By 2040, 74% of US households expected to have an EV.
* In 2019, Tesla had sold 1.5-million cars.
* China's EV micro- 2-door, 100 km/h, EV, outselling Tesla 3, with a sub-$ 6,000 price.
* UBS investment bank, and BloombergNEF predict EV price parity with ICE around 2026 or so.
* I paid $ 0.27 for the used magazine at a local thrift store.
