I don't have a working camera, but the Superbeetle has an L-shaped deck and one seat. The piece that replaces the shotgun seat tilts up and there are jumper cables and a tow strap there.
I haven't carried an engine because I couldn't wrestle an engine assembly through the door by myself, but I have carried air compressors and such.
