No, I don't expect interacting with you to ever be pleasant.

It took 5 hours for the tow truck to transport my car 5 minutes. He said that he didn't know why my car died, but suggested the transmission leak was a rear main seal.

Don't take automotive advice from tow truck drivers.

Rear main seal leaks release oil.

So, I guess that I call the shop the first thing in the morning and ensure he has my information.
