If your interested in how federal lobbyists create propaganda like electric cosmology, you would not be wasting your time looking at, 'MECANICAL MAN: John Broadus Watson and the Beginnings of Behaviorism', by Kerry W. Buckley, Guilford Press; 233-pages, 1989.
He was thrown out of the scientific community at the University of Chicago, and then *****d himself out to Madison Avenue, getting rich, by inducing Americans to go into debt to purchase worthless consumer products, in an endless hedonic adaptative loop. Get the individual into emotional thinking, keep them there for the rest of their lives, never in rational thinking.
Sun Tzu touches on this in 'The Art of War.' Also great reading.
I succumbed to this psychological warfare crap in college, the victim of a professor, who didn't put himself beyond preying on his own students. He went to prison.
It's exactly what led up to the raid on the Capital a year ago.
PS if you haven't read 'The Prince', by Machiavelli, you'll also find indispensable information for the common man.
