I saw that car prices were up 30% and it looked like they were only going to go up from there. So I got a new 70,000 mile engine with wiring harness installed for about $2,700 in our all powerful 2008 3.3L V6 hyundai sonata. Used the "no rental car available" money from 2021 for my wife's car repair to pay for most of that.
