I'm anti-ICE only, and pro hybrid start/stop.

It seems to me all cars should be hybrids by now considering electric motors can provide the brief periods where lots of power is needed and also recover braking energy. Electric is also best when hardly any power is needed, allowing the engine to stay off.

I don't think I'd buy another ICE vehicle, and at this point probably at least plug-in.

Does that make me pro start/stop?
