Maybe high end cars with start-stop or hybrids, but my Peugeot 308 has start-stop and only 1 battery. In fact, many high end ICE-only cars had 2 batteries in the last 2 decades.

Granted, in my Pug the feature doesn't want to work with any battery, only with special AGM Start-Stop technology, and such a battery is twice as expensive
