There is a dutch velomobile named Quattrovelo which you probably mean. The forthcoming Quadvelo is entirely different: it looks like a small car and is a lot heavier than the Quattrovelo.

You could for instance take the rear [approximate] third for a Coroplast tail to fit your velomobile, the cut line would line up pretty well.

It is entirely below the edge of the canopy.
