Year round flow. I estimated it once for them but I've forgot. maybe a 12ft drop. They're energy rich but oblivious. There was a dam built in possibly the 1940s that's broken down. Subsided on one side and cracked in the middle. I told them that ad we watched on their TV for pumped concrete foundation repair could lift it back in place.

That done the silted up pond would make good topsoil -- maybe a hydraulic ram to lift it out?

Also they have a barn with a ridge that runs across the valley maybe 60ft long and 30 ft in the air. Athwart the prevailing wind.
