My theory is that now is the time to find beautiful and affordable places to live since most of us will be working from home at some point, and demand for those locations will increase, along with price. It's very doable to be off-grid now with Starlink, cheap solar, affordable batteries, etc. Once drone deliveries become a thing, living 30min from the city won't even prevent one from having a variety of prepared meals available.
