A) Tahoe Hybrid designates the conditions of systems operational environment in #1 ( permalink ) on page-1
B) He's talking about pulling air from under the Tahoe, ducting it 'through' the interior of the Tahoe, and releasing it into the wake.
C) As it's never been expressly revealed, I'm under the impression that 'Baumann' had to do with the scoop used under the North American P-51 Mustang WW-II fighter aircraft, or some NAZI aircraft of that era.
It's been mentioned in HOT ROD MAGAZINE, and what's shown matches that of the P-51, and is also shown in Sighard Hoerner's 1951 book ' AERODYNAMICS. Hoerner designed warplanes for Messerschmitt.
D)The 'Baumann' scoop appears at the bottom of Fig. 10.4. 'Shape of Various air scoops' ( 10.26 )., page 189.
E) One must cast a wide net to capture actionable information necessary for streamlining, something Wolf Heinrich Hucho expressed to readers of his 2nd Edition book.
F) For some things the internet remains worthless.
