Have any of you seen rotator ratchets?

I shared ratchet extensions, which are cool. Eric the Car Guy showed some in a video years ago, and Chris suggested them in his video in #1, but in some random video I watched while logged out of YouTube someone showed: So, this came out a decade ago, and I just learned of it now. I don't know how much torque you can put with a right-angle attachment, but here is one place to order one: $37 on Amazon.

Can you buy a simple right-angle attachment for your socket so you actually have some leverage?

I have one for my drill, which means that I can use an adapter to use it on nuts and bolts, but it has a chuck, so it is much bigger.
