No, I do not. I do have some Leatherman folding medic shears that have a seat belt cutter but I don't carry them in the car. They are very nice though.
The shears are one of the items I kept out of a charity gift basket I won at a silent auction. The gift basket was provided by Leatherman so it had 10 Leatherman tools in it.
