It may be worthwhile noting that this concept car as well as the new hybrid Toyotas (specifically the Yaris and Prius) are very tall vehicles. I just recently noticed this around campus. They are significantly higher than camrys civics and even the new Honda Fits. To me, adding height to a vehicle would seem as if it would help to Increase drag. However, it may be that because the car is tall it doesn't need to be as long and therefore it doesn't need to be in contact with as much air as a longer vehicle...if that makes sense.
