As long as the test session fell in between the hourly NOAA 'updates', it would be great.

Since all the channels are captured simultaneously, there's no risk of meteorological drift, as we might experience during on-road testing.
In olden days, NASA might have a camera photograph a hundred u-tube manometers simultaneously to capture some pressure or velocity profile.
