Cut the 60" dimension first (of course).
I cut a ABS scrap to size for a splitter in the Metro, 8x60". I'll be less busy in a week. It will have a chamfer like we've talked about, The radiator brace is the lowest point, which is nice.

well im going to arizona for 4th of july weekend and trying to do all of this in one day with the help of my girlfriends car and welding family. they just have tons of welding tools and actual car ramps to get underneath so itll be easier
any suggestions on also trying to slightly curve the dibond metal sheets for the side rear skirts? i still have to curve those too like the cardboard i did
i doubt they have any rollers or what you mentioned
