Unless your AC unit and ductwork are in the attic, as long as you're properly insulated, and have proper attic ventilation, it doesn't matter what color the shingles are.
The infrared you feel 'standing', isn't experienced by the insulation at your feet. Only the delta-dry bulb air temperature, ten-inches above the top of the insulation.
