It seems 3003 or 5052 with a wall of .035 is more than suitable (for my purposes). You can get T6 but O, annealed will be best so it bends and age hardens itself. Rating is psig, as long as I don't brake hard above 25,000ft I should be ok eh?



Incidentally some copper 3/16 brake line for sale has a max of 1840
