I looked at everything on the first page, but couldn't find anything about that.
One of the articles said to the effect that J W T wouldn't look as 'far' as the X-ray and Gamma-Ray telescopes have already seen.
Observing in infrared, it would be able to see many orders of magnitude further than the Hubble.
