Hi everyone!

I'm currently researching a new platform for service workers, literally for everyone who has a business that provides some services to customers on a regular basis: automotive repair, haircut, etc.

So, I need some input from you: how much money are you ready to spend on automating customers management and accounting daily tasks? ($ per customer per visit, or $ per customer per month or whatever you can share...) Will such platform improve your daily burden? (Or you prefer old good paper notes? Or you already using something?)

I'm specifically targeting small businesses and individuals.
