Yep...
And, from the wording, these guys DONT seem to have done any testing.
I'm just posting various patents etc I find on the subject here..
(Was thinking; if you pulse your E field; you get a M field for free, which should also help a tiny bit. Resonant transformers look interesting and efficient and pulsed E looks more efficient than DC..? Still don't think it's worth the trouble of experimenting though)
