Also speaking of the epa after decades of abuse the epa lost their defacto law making power known as "chevron deference" the land mark mistake as a result of chevron v epa, back in like the 1970s. West bi god Virginia vs epa corrected that. So the epa will no longer be able to make up laws that ban something like, oh say a refrigerant or plant food.
