An interesting aspect of traditional trucks with a body-on-frame layout is they're suitable even to some extreme aeromods, easier than what could be done to an unibody. Not to mention there is a lot of room for improvements regarding other features too.
On a sidenote, even though systems such as brakes, steering and suspension may feature improvements once in a while, different generations of a truck will still bear some resemblance to previous ones.
