Arcimoto's future 'micromobility solution' comes close to the armature.
I have two examples of an East German sniper's mummy bag. It has arms and a zipper across the knees so you can wear it like a coat and walk around. An inner hood with earphone slots and an outer hood the whole thing rolls up into. I've wanted to have a modern copy made with proper boxed insulaton construction, plastic zippers, and inside pockets.
