according to this Sizes To Fit Your Vehicle
the size you currently have and what size you think was stock, could both be stock sizes.
It's probably a 6 or 7 in wide wheel. If it is a 7 in wide, 215 may be pushing the limit for narrow. If it's 6, you shouldn't have a problem. Any easy way to know how wide the rim is, is to measure from wheel lip to wheel lip, just stick a ruler or tape measure through one of the openings, and get something flat to place across the front and back side to get a some what accurate reading
