Of course, but the placement of the battery pack on the rear module instead of the front clip would eventually render a normal RWD (or eventually AWD which I remember seeing on some electric scooters) better suited.

Going too bigger it might be better to resort to the tricycle layout. Remember the German-made Tempo Hanseat tricycles?

Maybe it would be easier to make a stretched version for family hauling too, compared to a regular motorcycle. Selling it and lobbying for some countries to allow more than one pillion passenger would be quite challenging though...
