Update:
With the full upper block, and 60 degree ambient temperature, it ran 180 degrees on the highway. In town in stop and go it got up to 204 degrees. I climbed a very tall mountain and it hit 214 at the peak.
All was good, however the 3 mil vinyl was not strong enough and got shredded by stones on the highway.
