It is actually pretty easy to get into the Leiba. Especially if You're used to the GoOne. And a lot easier than all those velomobiles with the tiny cajak-like holes.
Today it was sunny, 2 degrees Celsius cold, no wind. A short test ride with the two strange plates on the back of the tail... no side clearance issues, my stiffening efforts seem to be successful. And the bike was faster, despite the cold temperature. Not much, but i did never before reach 41.5 kp/h at a certain spot, where i usually go 37-39 kph). It is unclear whether thats an effect of the two plates (covering the wheel) or the larger and smoother surface of the canopy after reworking it.
removed the plates - not necessary after successful test.
