Everything costs more. A $5 block of cheese costs $10 these days. I'm amazed it's only three grand more.

From what I'm hearing, we should expect things to be expensive the rest of this decade. Hopefully wages eventually rise to reflect this, and not just the burger-flipping type of jobs.
