Absolutely not.

Am I obsessing over it?

Absolutely.

I just wondered what one could possibly do with all of those monitors.

Arguably my one 43" television is 80% of that, but I rarely want more, and if I just used an office chair instead of a recliner I would be closer and could fit more.

I also need new glasses!

People said the seller has books on trading, so he probably lost everything, including the house.

The description says that this was remodeled, so I figure it is a flip, but that is boring!

This is the only picture that I can find from before they got rid of the garage, from 2011:

This is where I found it, thanks to Archive.org, but it says it is 1,448 square feet, which doesn't make any sense.

In 2013 it was officially built in 1998 and measured 1,232 square feet, but in 2014 it was built in 2001 and measured 1,632 square feet.

Exactly 400 square feet.

Sounds like a garage conversion!

Here is a video from 2019. It looks terrible! It has 5 views.

I believe that I did 3 of those.

This looks like the posting from 2021. It doesn't have any information, but it shows pictures from before the remodel, and it doesn't look great.
