It's probably cultural preference. I only read that I was eating beef hearts after tasting them and thinking it was awful. If they had tasted fine to me, I'd never had read the package.

I'll eat ground beef all day, every day. I'm mostly ground beef powered. Sometimes I accidentally eat what food eats.
