I found about a dozen incandescent bulbs in lower wattages in a closet marked
LAST CHANCE
DISCONTINUED
so my father must have bought a bunch before he passed away.
So her stove hood light is set for a long time.
Even back in 2019 the only bulbs I was finding were halogen, fluorescent, or LED
Now Menards only has LEDs and a limited selection of legacy fluorescent and a lone small wattage halogen on clearance.
A halogen bulb in the a19 size that puts out an equivalent of more than 100 watts would work fine but can’t find any
I did find a strange very small 150 watt equivalent corncob LED with no base but I have no clue how I could adapt it to a normal light socket.
It looks to mount like a big fuse into some sort of leads, no idea what type of lighting device this is
