Replacing the Civic oil pan?! Are you sure?!

I did that many years ago!

With the Accord oil pan, I just remember having difficulty maneuvering the pan under the frame rail and everything, but as I also posted in #1,

You never get all of the oil pulling the drain plug, since the hole isn't the lowest point of the pan.
