I don't know if they are operating elsewhere--yet, but they have electric planes parachuting supplies in Rwanda all day, everyday, and orders go out in 90 seconds:
They interview a Rwandan engineer who attended Stanford and Harvard and used to fix local hospital's MRI machines for free following YouTube videos.
He also lost his entire family and has a machete scar from the same attack.
Mark Rober says the country got better after the civil war.
I would hope so!
He said that everyone was helpful and friendly, except random kids with whom he tried to play soccer.
