The surprise for me is that there is another 60% available elswhere. And also, there is untapped potential in distributed micro-hydro.
Yeah grand coulee dam I think has a capacity of around 8gw and it can run non stop as long as it don't run out of water.
I also bet that's counting ground mount solar only. As roof top installs use very little steel and virtually no concrete and hardly any copper.
